About The Koehl-Mine™ Computer Services The Koehl-Mine™ Computer Services began in 1978, when the owner, Bruce Koehler, was stationed with the military in England.  He quickly found that his knowledge and expertise were repeatedly being called upon by various organizations on base and The Koehl-Mine™ was formed.
